A Three-Piece Edward VII Silver Coffee-Service, by William Hutton and Sons, London, 1904 and 1908, each piece part-fluted tapering, the coffee-pot on pedestal foot and with ebonised wood handle and finial, the coffee-pot 25.5cm high, gross weight 29oz 1dwt (3) . The coffee-pot fully marked near handle and part marked inside cover with marks for 1904. The cream-jug and sugar-bowl each marked near handle with marks for 1908., The marks are generally clear. There is some surface scratching and wear, consistent with age ane use. The wood handle has lost some of its finish.
Three Pairs of Japanese Silver Salt and Pepper Shakers, Each Stamped 'Sterling Silver', 20th Century, one pair modelled as a temple and a pagoda; another modelled as tapering square vessels and the third as an Torii gate and a temple; Together With: A George V Silver and Metal Place-Card Holder, by William Hutton and Sons, London, 1911, modelled as a Japanese arch, applied with a metal figure of a Japanese warrior, 6.7cm high and smaller, gross weight of silver 7oz 12dwt (7) . The Japanese salt and pepper shakers are each marked underneath. The marks are somewhat poorly struck. The George V place-card holder is marked on side. The marks are clear. Each is in generally good condition with only some minor surface scratching and wear.
