A 19th Century Chinese bronze censer with two loop handles, the bowl decorated with panels of stylised animals upon three long cylindrical legs, raised on a hardwood base, with a hardwood cover and pale jade handle carved as a seated figure, 31 cm high CONDITION REPORTS One handle is slightly bent inwards and one leg opposite is also bent inwards, body is corroded in places all over, some dented type marks and impressed marks, scratches etc. Jade handle - small losses scratches, chips etc throughout especially to the gentleman's head and to one arm and to his knee, scratches throughout, hard wood cover with splits, small chips and scratches throughout. Jade handle and cover have been glued and obviously been off at some time, hardwood base, leg has been off and glued on two of them probably, some chips, scratches, paint marks, splits etc throughout, various signs of general wear and tear throughout
A Chinese porcelain Snuff Bottle decorated in underglaze blue and having a celadon green jade stopper together with one other slightly smaller Snuff Bottle with a brown hardstone stopper, small neck repair to smaller Snuff Bottle, the larger Snuff Bottle 9.5cm high (including stopper), (2) CONDITION REPORT: The larger bottle with jade stopper appears in good overall general order, the smaller baluster snuff bottle as per description had a small 'V' shaped piece away to the top of the neck otherwise again appears in good general overall order save for some old label staining which appears to rub away very easily.
