A late 19th century French moon phase repeating carriage clock, with gilt brass ornately engraved corniche case, with a silvered lever escapement, the white dial with Roman numerals by a coloured lunar niche above subsidiary dials for the alarm, day of the month and day of the week, it strikes on a nickel plated bell, the back plate initialled JD and numbered 396, case height 13.8cm. (See illustration) Condition report: Running at moment. Some restoration to cracks on face.

A group of seven vintage clocks, comprising a Smiths Synchronous Electric Clock with silvered dial in a bakelite case, circa 1940, 10 by 8cm, a Smiths MA clock with silvered dial and winding knob, in metal case with gilt interior, circa 1950, 9 by 6cm, a Bayard travel alarm clock with enamelled case, 6 by 4.5 by 7cm, a Cyma bedside clock with silvered case, a smaller bedside clock, a Liga pocket counter, and further unusual pocket watch counter with single red hand, subsidiary red dial, red Arabic numerals 1 to 18 and 18 apertures displaying numerals on a moving dial behind, crown and suspension eye, 4.2cm diameter. He was free of the Clockmakers Company in 1765 and Master in 1786. He died in 1792. A bracket clock by Tutet can be found in 'The Wetherfield Collection of Clocks' by Eric Bruton p.112. His son, also called Edward, was a freeman of the Clockmakers Company between 1792 and 1811 whilst working in London. He is recorded as working abroad in 1813

An Edwardian alarm clock, the brass case with suspension loop surmounted above two plated bells, all upon a shaped wooden base with bun feet, overall height 19.5 cm, width 19.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The movement is fully wound on one train. It does wind on the other. It is currently ticking away. We do not know if the alarm mechanism is operating. The brass case is in good condition. The dial is generally in good order with only very minor staining. The glass is in good condition as are both bells. The shaped wooden base and original feet are in good order

THE STRAWBERRY ALARM CLOCK - INCENSE AND PEPPERMINTS (UK ORIGINAL MONO PRESSING LP - PYE NPL 28106). Get ready to 'unwind with the clock' now with this ace original UK mono pressing (NPL 28106). The record is in Ex condition with some light surface scuff markings running with the grooves. These are by no means of a heavier nature and there are certainly no scratches to note. The sleeve is in Ex condition with a couple of rather light creases on the reverse where there is also an old sticker from The Island Record shop.
A good mid 17th Century German gilt brass square cased single handed table clock thought to be by Johan Wutky of Kall, the top with 4.25ins narrow silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals enclosing circular alarum dial engraved with Arabic numerals and bold scrolled floral ornament, to the verge movement with engraved cock enclosing later Balance spring and with pierced and engraved brackets and striking hammers, contained in square brass case with glazed side panels showing movement, the base inset with bell and raised on four winged mask and paw feet, 5ins square x 3.25ins high Note 1: Engraved around alarm dial "Die Letzte Stunde Ist Da Und Böse seind die zeitten Darum sollen wier zum wachen uns bereitenn" (The last hour is here and evil are the times.
