Interesting Racing Snail, commissioned by a marketing company for O'Neills Bars and to tie in with the Guinness Racing Snail adverts at the time, 4 lane tracks were set up in some bars with 4 racing snails, these were supposed to be returned to the marketing company, but not all were. Its unknown who actually produced them, but the snail bodies are mounted on a standard VW Beetle chassis and running gear.

Two pairs of cotton interlined curtains of cream and red striped design, together with a box containing a striped tab top curtain, red and cream floral decorated bedspread with red velour edging, a pair of red damask style interlined curtains (cut), together with a similar lined pair, various tie backs and spare material CONDITION REPORTS Striped curtains approx 43" wide x 75" drop and approx 28" wide x 75" drop
A set of fifteen Victorian pottery chemist's drug jars, each with puce ground, with domed lids, bearing labels to include "Camphora Ang:", "Vaseline", "Plumb: Ecet", "Conf: Sennae B.P.", "Maranta", etc (three lids missing), bearing kite mark to underside and "YG Co 70" CONDITION REPORTS One jars bears a tie-on label inscribed "Christies 1 July 2003 Sale 9657 18" although it is not known whether this label relates to these items. All with wear and scuffs, crazing, some stains and some frits/chips. Some jars with cracks and larger chips. Quite a few of the lids are broken and glued or with sticky tape or rivet repairs (please see photos for examples). Please note that one of the glass name labels (Bicarb) has fallen off and is now broken into pieces and has losses, but some of the pieces are present. In well used condition, but overall condition appears to be reasonable considering age and use.
Four pairs of cotton interlined curtains, the burgundy ground with Classical gold floral sprays, together with tie backs and two matching panels with grey moire fabric lining CONDITION REPORTS Length of curtains approx 240 cm. Overall with some light general wear and dirt, some fading. Overall condition appears reasonably good. Please note that curtains have cream lining and that the matching panels have grey moire fabric lining.
An early 20th Century silk shawl, the cream ground with embroidered floral decoration and tassels CONDITION REPORTS Approx 139cm long from back of neck to hem at the back. Wear, some dirt and stains, and various snags, some tears and holes where silk has become quite fragile. Some losses, some fraying and some stitching coming undone. The shawl is partly tailored - it is shaped at the shoulders and has apertures for the arms, and a silk band/tie near to the hem.
