Currently no copy in international trade. - War loss in the SBB. - Each with very fine metalcut showing Justinian in the Council, which was already used in 1503 in the Corpus Juris Civilis by Gering and Rembolt (cf. Mortimer 152). - Front flyleaf and 1st title page with printer's mark with large losses due to firing (enclosed in full as facsimile), somewhat browned due to paper, back flyleaf with notes in Latin by an old hand ("Quomodo Leges humanae ex jure canonic et civili int citanae et scribendae"), last leaves with brown margins at the upper white margin, otherwise overall good condition.
