The bracelet struck three times with the French dogs-head mark for platinum and an indistinct lozenge-shaped maker's mark, this now on a later bolt-ring clasp stamped '925'; the charms include a small octagonal panel engraved with two pairs of initials 'BK PR' and dated '11 Mai 1945'; a late Victorian rose diamond set 'pig' with a tiny ruby eye, 19mm long overall; a seated cat set with black and white diamonds; a small diamond 12 stone 'key'; a rose diamond 'Lincoln imp'; a diamond heart; a carved blue sapphire bug with diamond eyes; a rose diamond 'running fox'; a diamond set poodle; and many others; the bracelet and charms weigh 31.9g gross.Note; By repute the small octagonal panel engraved with the initials of a couple who met up soon after the hostilities of WWII ended, the piece is dated three days after VE day.
