All the parts that are not the mythical animal are cut out, so that through these holes we can appreciate the shine and colour of the celluloid.On the cap, the end of the tail of this scaly being forms the clip and below it, we can see engraved "MONTEGRAPPA"; in the eyes are set two rubies that give it a hypnotic gaze.On the barrel we find a silver button, located at the end of the butt, where the piece number is engraved on the total of the edition; the eyes of the dragon are again dressed by two rubies and on a silver ring, located on the mouthpiece, is engraved "MONTEGRAPPA"; the nib is the usual one of the brand, 18K gold, The nib is the brand's customary 18K gold two-tone platinum nib, except for the decorative ribbing, which retains the colour of the gold.It went on sale in 1995, with a print run of 1912 copies.

Centred with a small early modern round brilliant diamond between small rectangular step-cut emeralds and an eight-cut diamond eight stone surround, all set in platinum-flashed gold unmarked, size O, 2.5 grams gross Condition Report: The emeralds have some very minor surface scratching but no chipping is visible. The gold mount has a small area of damage to piercing which is partially lacking below the diamonds. There is some overall sutface scratching and wear.
