Wehrle Watch & Clock Maker Sidney Street, Cambridge', height 38.5cm (with pendulum) (condition: case has extensive woodworm damage, the dial has losses around centre point and some scratching around winding holes, the back panel has names in pencil inscribed to both back and front, Cuckoo's door is loose, both bellows work but movement not in complete working order)

A LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH GILT METAL AND PORCELAIN FIGURAL MANTEL CLOCK BY JAPY FRERES, the surmount with two putti holding an oval frame containing a porcelain plaque painted with a cherub, the circular porcelain dial with Roman numerals, eight day movement, bell strike, movement and case stamped 485, the rectangular base inset with three further porcelain plaques, with pendulum, lacks keys, together with the velvet and gilt wood plinth, overall height 37cm x overall width 38cm (condition: lacks cover to rear of movement, left hand rosette on base has gilding loss and is loose, velvet base is worn and faded)
