A 19thC French ormolu and porcelain Mantel Clock, by Miroy Frères, Paris, with a white enamel dial and Roman numerals, the signed eight day movement striking on a bell, surmounted by two Cupid figures supporting a Sèvres-style oval porcelain plaque, the base set with four smaller floral porcelain plaques, on bracket feet, all within a glass dome on velvet wooden stand, the clock 15¾in (40cm) high x 18in (46cm) wide.

Chips around winding hole. Case with 1cm vertical split below dial at 7 o'clock. Back door with chip to edge. Case otherwise with some small veneer chips but generally god and original. Applied left hand moulding chipped to front. Movement appears good and complete. With pendulum.
