TWO BLACK SLATE AND MARBLE MANTEL CLOCKS, one having an ornate finial, foliate decoration, and black Arabic numerals to dial, standing on two front lion paw feet, and two plain back feet, height 46cm x width 26cm x depth 14.5cm, the other clock having blue Roman numerals on its dial, both movements are stamped Japy Freres, with two pendulums (2 + 2 pendulums) (Condition Report: both require some attention but appear generally ok, the former clock winds and attempts to chime - the hammer does not quite strike the bell, missing the part that the pendulum hangs from, damage to the metal base of finial, no 3047 scratched into the back, the latter clock has been overwound, though chimes when the hands are moved, having a crack to the dial and an area of loss to one top back corner)
