Fine quality George III silver nutmeg grater of navette form, with bright cut floral and spot-punched decoration, hinged cover and nutmeg compartment metal grater (London 1793), Thomas Phipps & Edward Robinson, 5.2cm across CONDITION REPORT General overall condition very good. Some minor surface scratching and wear to engraved decoration. No evidence of major damage or repair however there is a tiny hole and distortion to the rim holding the actual grate and while both hinges function well, the top hinge is pinned with gold or brass. Both covers are a good fit. Marks are clear
