A very good heavy Victorian brass and metal Dog Grate, in the Adams stye, with raised decorated arched back over a large basket grate with pierced apron, on brass fluted and tapered legs with large classical urn finials, with Registration stamp on reverse, 85cms high x 86cms wide (33 1/2" x 34"). A Victorian cast iron fire-grate in Gothic style, the scroll back decorated with a Bagot goat jumping a fence, above a railed front, with turned finials, 74cm high, 64cm wide, 28cm deep, together with a Victorian cast iron fender, probably by Coalbrookdale, decorated with a band of scrolling leaves, stamped 'No. 96 48 & 54', two Victorian Gothic fire irons, each with gilt bronze handles, stamped with a registration lozenge, a brass coal box and cover, two copper log bins and a coal shovel. (8)Provenance: Lady Bagot, Blithfield Hall.
