Together with complimentary acetylene gas 'Shaking Grate' generator, with correct-style iron mounting brackets and all fittings for Carbide of Calcium and water reaction. Sardaukar guards wore their helmets while traversing the deserts of Arrakis to protect them against the intense climate. The helmet is constructed from a welding mask with a green visor and a large black hood. The hood is made from PVC material with three ventilation holes: one near the mouth and one at either temple, each of which is covered by a rubber grate. There are minor scuffs on the exposed plastic visor and signs of repair on the top of the helmet, where the PVC has previously split. The floor of the Millennium Falcon featured grate-like panels in multiple scenes, such as the one where Luke (Mark Hamill) trained with Obi-Wan Kenobi (Alec Guinness). These panels also formed the ceiling of the Death Star and were seen when an IT-O interrogation droid was used by Darth Vader (David Prowse) on Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher).The heavy duty plastic panel is painted silver, though the paint has flaked away over time, exposing orange paint underneath. The remaining silver paint is peeling in places and the lot displays marks from age and production use.
