1952 Wolseley 6/80 Saloon. reg. no. MXH 432, chassis no. 418/15688, a delightfully original car with approx. 63,000 miles from new. If you appreciate originality, then this rare example is a true delight. The vendor, who is a very knowledgeable enthusiast for the Marque, purchased it in 1997 and has regularly maintained it to a very high level. The mileage of approx. 63,000 miles can be confirmed, although the original Speedo was replaced at approximately. 33,000 miles (still with the car) the replacement now displaying approx. 30,000 miles. Unusually approx 90 % of the original cellulose paint is still present and in very presentable lustrous order (one front wing having been replaced many years ago). The fawn hide upholstery, which is believed to be a special order, is totally original, as are the carpets (drivers very worn) and headlining. The interior woodwork still retains its original polish and the whole feel is that of a lovingly preserved and lightly driven car. As you would expect from such a meticulously maintained car it drives very well and has a written service record supporting the mileage. It has many period extras from new including a Watford Weathershields tinted windscreen visor, period, headlamp and wing mirror "eyebrow" shields, Shell exhaust finisher, set of "Comfy Car" faux ocelot print tailored seat covers, original "Ace" number plates and wheel trims. It is supplied with its original keys, a history file including original buff log book, current V5, two handwritten service schedules, original handbook, service manual and related ephemera. It is also supplied with some hard-to-come-by spares, including new clutch, brake shoes, and a used master cylinder. A wonderful time warp: this car is virtually as it left the factory 73 years ago and has never been welded or restored, just lovingly maintained with working components replaced or overhauled as required and recorded. A rare opportunity. (Subject to 12% buyers' premium inclusive of VAT).
Two Auto Art model cars, being a Jaguar C-type & a Porche 917k, together with a Lotus racing car, all boxed Condition: Both main cars 1:18 scale, the plastic of the box is broken, car loose in box. Condition good, missing a front cover in front of windscreen Jaguar still fixed in box, looks untouched, splits to clear plastic of box, and damage to card of box.
1977 BMW R75/6 750cc motorcycle, registration SKE 303R, with V5c, odometer currently records 62,617 miles. With touring windscreen and contemporary pannier boxes. The vendor is an ex-BMW trained engineer who spent many years working on the Police fleet of BMW motorbikes, the bike has not been used for around 3 years but started up readily and rode around the carpark happily. With old MOTs and service book with pre delivery stamp for a Slough dealer only.
Make & Model:Volvo, 340 Date of Reg:G125XEV Colour:Red cc:1397 Fuel Type:Petrol Mileage:28000 Transmission:manual Summary:This 1397cc three-door Volvo 340 was registered in October 1989 and is a one-owner-from-new car in original condition showing just 28,651 miles on its odometer. Its last MoT expired in October 2008 after being tested the previous year at an indicated 28,205 miles. The Volvo does run and drive but is likely to need some recommissioning thanks to how long it has been off the road. The windscreen washer bottle will need replacement as the original was eaten by mice! It comes with its V5C, Haynes workshop manual and book pack including its owner's handbook, driver's guide, radio instructions, Traveller's Guide and even its Lifetime Care cassette. The service record has 18 service stamps through to 2001 and 24,263 miles. There's also a spare key as well.
Make & Model:Nissan, Stagea Date of Reg:LU52AOC Colour:White cc:2490 Fuel Type:Petrol Mileage:119351 Summary:While built in 2002 and registered in Japan during September of that year, this 2490cc Nissan Stagea was only UK-registered in February 2015, since when it has had three recorded keepers. Its last MoT expired in May 2021 after being tested the year before at an indicated 114,596 miles; the current odometer reading is 119,351 miles. The vendor tells us that it requires a windscreen, service and window regulators/motors. Paperwork includes the V5C and assorted UK MoTs and invoices. There's also the Japanese book pack as well.
Make & Model:Morgan , 4/4 Date of Reg:WEC109Y Colour:Blue cc:1584 Fuel Type:Petrol Mileage:57866 Transmission:manual Summary:The previous owner of this Jubilee 1584cc Morgan 4/4 two-seater owned it for 26 years. It was registered in October 1982 and has had five registered keepers since then. The odometer shows 57,866 miles and the last MoT expired in November 2020 after being tested the year before at an indicated 57,268 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, it is now MoT-exempt. It features an aluminium body, composite wings and leather seats, Fiat twin-cam engine, walnut dashboard and hood and tonneau. Recent work includes new tyres, a reconditioned Weber carburettor, new plug leads, Varta battery, starter motor, windscreen wipers and the rear brakes overhauled. The car has been little used between 2020 and 2025; the vendor suggests it will need a general checkover and service. It is running and driving but the vendor notes that the exhaust silencer is a little noisy as are the alternator bearings (but the system is charging). The front brake offside inner piston is also slightly tight. Paperwork includes the V5C, a Haynes workshop manual for the Fiat 132 (for engine information), a few invoices and MoT certificates, a print-out of the MoT information back to 2006, radio instructions and a couple of brochures. There's also spare keys too.
Make & Model:MG, ZT+ Date of Reg:BP04CFY Colour:Silver cc:2497 MoT:2026-01-06 Fuel Type:Petrol Mileage:65842 Transmission:manual Summary:Finished in Starlight Silver Metallic with Axis cloth sports seats and 18in 11-spoke alloy wheels, this V6-powered 2004 MG ZT 190+ was registered in May 2004 and has four registered keepers showing on its V5C. Its MoT is valid until January 2026 and its odometer shows 65,842 miles. This example benefits from the optional ‘+’ pack which boosts the equipment levels with cruise control, rear parking sensors, rain-sensing wipers, trip computer and auto dimming rear view mirror in addition to the standard spec. The car had considerable work carried out in late 2024 and early 2025 (which is itemised in the history folder) with expensive jobs such as the cambelt changed, front and rear brake discs and pads renewed, the alloy wheels refurbished and the front bumper and damaged windscreen replaced. The car has come from long-term ownership where it has been very well-looked after, with a comprehensive service history that verifies the mileage. It is reported as running and driving well with no known issues and all electrical items working. Paperwork includes the V5C, summary of work carried out between winter 2024 and spring 2025 (with invoices), other invoices and all MoT certificates between 2007 and 2025. The owner's handbook is present, combined with the service history with 13 stamps up to 65,587 miles in January 2025.
Make & Model:Daimler, 15 Date of Reg:NV2947 Colour:Red cc:1805 Fuel Type:Petrol Transmission:manual Summary:This rare early Daimler 15 was initially registered in August 1933 but has now fallen off the DVLA system so will need to be reregistered. Our vendor has kindly provided us with the following text:"We bought the car on the basis of a pub conversation in 1995. The car had been stored by the owner halfway under an awning. It appeared more or less complete and certainly all important parts were there, though in uneven condition: the left hand side appeared to be in better condition than the right hand side. According to the buff log book (continuation document) the car was first registered on 30 August 1933. A little brass plate fixed to the wooden instrument panel states that it had been "supplied by J.W. Hall Flecknoe" It was first registered to Clement Brown upon whose death it was inherited by his friend and the father of CJ Whittaker from whom we bought it.We decided to do a complete body off restoration, right to the bare chassis. This proved to be in a more or less rust free condition. The '15' spare parts manual proved to be of great help. With the help of an excellent painter from Nuneaton we were able to get the chassis coated in a dark red rather than the more orthodox black.Turning to the engine, we faced a slight puzzle: clearly, it had been reconditioned at an earlier stage but then completely re-assembled but without washers, seals, oil etc. At a later stage, we did re-assemble the engine again and managed to get it running in a most impressively smooth way.The body, having been made of steel over a wooden frame did of course show some signs of corrosion, mainly on the wings, but this was not insuperable. The vinyl roof had suffered badly over the years but we managed to find an expert who was willing to supply, shape and fit a new fabric roof with an excellent result. He also fitted a new woollen roof lining. The painting of the body shell was done by an experienced professional friend from our Nuneaton College days. The upper part of the body was, as is customary kept black, whereas all the side panels as well as the wire wheels were painted in a really dark maroon red. The exterior trunk is of the period and fits well the folding luggage rack, but is in fact not linked to the car and stems reputedly from a Vauxhall of the period. As to the brakes, we were pleased that the car, being an early version of the 15, featured hydraulic brakes as well as a De Wandre servo unit. All wheel cylinders were refurbished and new brake linings fitted. The lighting system follows the system for the 15 at that time: no trafficators, a single rear light with a single brake light incorporated in the same Lucas unit. We did however replace the torpedo shaped sidelights with a larger more imposing upright Lucas design as fitted to larger Daimlers. It was possible to save and recondition most of the reddish brown seats (Repeated coating with Hydrophane) as well as the door cartons. All glass, including the narrow glass ventilation strips at the top of the doors was replaced. Also replaced were the beige floor carpets, door surround trim and the lower parts of the door, whereas Ne decided to retain the carpets at the base of the seats. The tyres are totally new (Blockley). There is also quite a large number of smallish and varied items such as door handles, and window winders and related accessories, as well as a Lucas claxon and windscreen wiper motor, the latter we were reluctant to fit as it appeared to be rather lethal with levers protruding a mere few inches in front of the driver's face." As well as a considerable quantity of spare and duplicate parts, there's also a paperwork file that includes the buff continuation logbook, photos of the vehicle as found and its restoration underway, the owner's handbook, servicing data guide, the vendor's more comprehensive write-up of the car's history from 1995, spares catalogue, 14-page 1932 sales brochure, technical information and some older invoices. There is no V5C due to the car needing to be reregistered.
Make & Model:Rover, 75 CONNOISSEUR Date of Reg:GL04XTC Colour:Silver cc:2497 MoT:2025-10-23 Fuel Type:Petrol Transmission:automatic Summary:This 2004 high specification Rover 75 Connoisseur V6 2.5 automatic with black leather interior was previously owned by a Rover enthusiast and club member. Paperwork includes the V5C, various invoices and MoT certificates, a range brochure and the owner's handbook and service book (albeit with several pages missing and the last entry at 65,325 miles in December 2023).
