A VAUXHALL PICKLE DISH of vine leaf shape, moulded on the underside with veins, painted in underglaze blue with flowering plants issuing from hollow rocks, on three peg feet, collector`s label, c1756-60 Provenance: Watney Collection, sold Phillips, Son & Neale Ltd, 4 March 1998, either lot 288 or 289. Minute graze on the points but so small as to be acceptable. No damage as such nor restoration
