A Fabulous Carved Mahogany Chippendale Style Jardiniere. The square waisted planter with a band of trellis strapwork to the moulded rim above scroll edged side panels enriched with Rococo style crested border and apron. The well swept cabriole legs embellished with plumes of acanthus and terminating on unusual carved feet with rhomboid block terminals. The interior fitted with tin liner, 28 ins (71 cms) high.
