A collection of five early 20th century hammered brassware. The lot to include a large flower planter with engraved dancing figure decoration, a squat vase featuring relief scenes of figures, a plant pot with raised Hindu deity & floral decoration, a Kinco marked Persian cylindrical vase, and a small North African lidded trinket pot with engraved linear design. Tallest to measure approx. 17.5cm tall, 23cm in diameter.
A large 19th century Victorian Staffordshire foot basin /planter. White glaze ground with gilt decorated highlights, the lozenge shaped deep basin having twin handles either end. All lots in this auction are part of a private collection of antique furniture and smaller effects. The collection having been amassed over a 30-40 year period by an ex-furniture restore who's eye for a good piece shows through in this auction.
