A 19th century giltwood overmantel mirror frame, carved with acanthus scroll, vines and flowers, lacks plate, width 4ft 1in. height 7ft 8in.CONDITION: Overall in very good condition probably restored within the past 10 years or so, signs of minor old dents and scuffs but really in very good order, some of the original backing boards are present, lowers aperture approximately 48 x 37.5 inches, upper aperture 18 x 38 inches.

A late 18th century Dutch brass bound kingwood necessaire, with gilt brass mounts, the lid opening to reveal an internal mirror, a pair of gilt glass scent bottles, scent flask and manicure tools, width 8.5in. height 4.75in.CONDITION: Overall in clean restored condition, the lid slightly ill fitting, interior with original now faded and stained fabric lining, missing a thimble and a manicure tool, scent bottles with minor rubbing to the gilding.
A George V silver circular box and hinged cover, embossed with a ship and dancing figures above, with engraved inscription, 'First Prize Fancy Dress Ball Presented by The Royal Mail Steam Packet Co', the lid with mirrored interior, Elkington & Co, Birmingham, 1928, 76mm, gross 120 grams.CONDITION: Box in generally good condition. A couple of small dings to the base and the mirror plate is worn in two areas near the edge. Hallmarks clear.
A Chinese famille rose 'hawk' tea bowl and saucer, Yongzheng period, of semi-eggshell porcelain, finely painted with a hawk in a tree, the border with peonies and fruiting branches on a black enamel cellular ground, there is also what appears to be a hand mirror with ribbon and tassel and the unusual use of silvering for the mirror plate, saucer 11.5cm diameterCONDITION: Provenance - UK private collection, gifted to the vendor's late mother by her aunt before 1970.A few minute nibbles to the edge of the tea bowl and saucer. There is also some slight wear to the gilding on the edge of the saucer. The tea bowl has a fine hairline cracking extending from the rim down through one of the reserves on the exterior, otherwise in good condition.
An early 19th century giltwood and gesso wall mirror, tear drop shaped with urn, flower and bell husk crest over a foliate bordered plate, W.1ft 10in. H.3ft 9in.CONDITION: Overall in slightly neglected condition with the flower spray and swags dropping down from the urn, all slightly bent out of place and no doubt with some old restorations, stem of the urn looks broken and has been repaired at some point but could be improved upon, glass plate is oxidised and quite possibly the original, overall finish is a slightly dull tone and has been retouched with gold paint at some point, there are two small receivers to each side suggesting this started life as a girandole, comes for sale from a deceased estate in Brighton.
A 1920's silver and gilded chinoiserie guilloche enamel eight piece dressing table set, by Adie Bros, comprising a hand mirror, four brushes, comb(no chinoiserie decoration), powder jar and timepiece, Birmingham, 1927/7, mirror 29.9cm.CONDITION: Comb sprung from mount. Enamel damaged on one large brush, mirror on top of handle and powder jar lid (three areas around the border).
An early 19th century Anglo Indian padouk wood console table, with foliate carved frieze, front scroll supports and mirror back on a concave understage with acanthus scroll feet, W.4ft 2in. D.1ft 8.5in H.2ft 7.5in.CONDITION: Overall in honest condition, remains a dark reddish tone with some slighter golden patches to the right side of the top, top has old scuffs, dents and scratches commensurate with age, together with one or two short hairline cracks running through the grain of the timber, very minor nicks and chips out of the top foliate pattern frieze, mirror plate may well be later, overall good order.
