Regency period gilt gesso convex wall mirror with two sconces and flaming urn pediment, scrolled foliate mounts around a circular discoloured convex mirror. 110cm high approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) Some minor cracks, damage and losses, may have been re-gilded in places. The plate is partially obscured.

A REGENCY INLAID MAHOGANY CHEVAL MIRRORWith twin candle sconce and downswept supports, 78cm wide; 173cm highCondition report: Overall, in good decorative order. The mirror glass with light scuffs and scratches overall and some speckles of oxidisation, although quite mild considering age. Metal mounts with some loose casting, dirt and dust. One drip pan is lopsided and the turning handle mounts a sit slightly off the rounded edge of the upright. HEAL’S; A LIMED OAK THREE DRAWER CHESTOn block supports, 58cm wide; 84cm highCondition report: Overall in good, functional condition. Some light scuffs, marks and minor wear commensurate with use and age. Two small old tack holes to the front right visible. The back with two vacant holes either side, at the top of the uprights and a few other tack holes along the back of the top edge. Originally a dressing table, with the mirror supports removed and top slightly reduced. Minor shrinkage to the top of the right upright, which has been pinned. A black mark to the left front corner, which has been blended out a little. A very slight gap below the top. Wear around the escutheon edges. No key. Ivorine inset label with rubbed name.

A GEORGE II STYLE GILT FRAMED WALL MIRRORWith shell crest and two part plate, 47cm wide; 120cm highCondition report: The plate would benefit from a good clean. Various small blemishes. Bevelled. Overall the plate is in good condition.The gilt frame with small, slight chips and scuffs commensurate with age and use. Notably a chip to the bottom edge. Minor shrinkage in areas, including a slight shrinkage crack to the top right of the scroll crest. Dirt and dust, some discolouration and rubbing in areas, exposing the bole beneath, in areas.
