Collection of Arsenal football Programmes (H), from 1961-2 onwards, few complete seasons and many nearly complete several of the earlier programmes have loose match reports inside, the early 60s are well represented. 1968-9 and 1993-4 (complete set) are in red Arsenal Holders, the later programmes are nearly all “Specials”, noted are Makita Tournament, Tony Adams (Celtic) Lee Dixon (Real Madrid) Testimonials, Champions League @ Wembley, U.E.F.A. Cup, F.A. Youth Cup Finals v Coventry City ‘99-0, Blackburn Rovers ‘00-1 and Academy v Crewe Alexander, also included ‘63-4 v Leicester City with a reprint of the first fixture at Highbury dated 6th September 1913 inside. The vast majority are in good – very good condition. (300 approx)
Collection of Arsenal Football Programmes (H), from the same collection as the previous lot, not inspected closely but it seems that from the late ‘80s into the early 2000s there are several complete sets each packed in separate containers, Arsenal’s championship and runners-up seasons well represented, Division 1, Premiership, F.A. Cup, League Cup and European all noted. Great retail opportunity for sale of high face value programmes. Very good condition. (approx 300)
Collection of 1962-63 season Manchester United football programmes (H), which was played out during the worst winter on record, several games were called off many times, most clubs responded by issuing 4 page programmes to save waste, United issued 4 “Special all Red” 4 page editions they all in this set which includes 22 league games including the abandoned game against Arsenal 22nd December, 3 F.A. Cup and Friendly games against Benfica & First Vienna, All programmes in this fine set have their token intact and have no writing. Good condition. (27)
Collection of 1961-62 season Manchester United football programmes (H), all have tokens, 20 league (lacking only W.B.A.) 5 F.A. Cup including the Arsenal postponed 27th January and the rare 4 page edition when the game was 4 days later. Also included the Special edition challenge match v Real Madrid. The first programme of the season v Chelsea has the season token sheet still inside, a few with minor faults but the majority are in good – very good condition. (26)

The book tells the story of Arsenal Football Club from 1913 to 2006 and the move to Emirates Stadium. The book is split into eras covering all the managers and major players who have shaped Arsenal into one of the most famous football clubs. The book comes in Red Leather, bound by hand c/w raised “Gunners” motif to front cover. Hand stitched, printed on silk coated paper, 852 pages edges in gold leaf, 1,500 images, with more than 40 exclusive interviews, Four 2 metres wide gatefolds – measures overall 20 x 21.5” and weighs 37kg and comes with the original Clamshell wooden case in red and white silk.
