1950 FA CUP FINAL / ARSENAL AUTOGRAPHS Menu and table plan for the Arsenal F.F. Dinner and Dance in Celebration of the F.A. Challenge Cup Competition 19850 at the Café Royal, London 29/4/1950 after Arsenal had beaten Liverpool 2-0 in the Final. The back of the menu has 31 signatures including actress, singer and dancer Anna Neagle and 30 from players including the Cup Winning team and from the 1930's. The Cup winners were, George Swindin, Laurie Scott, Walley Barnes, Alex Forbes, Leslie Compton, Joe Mercer, Freddie Cox, Jimmy Logie who signed twice, Peter Goring, Reg Lewis and Denis Compton and Manager Tom Whittaker. Other players are Alec Horsfield, George Dunkley, Doug Farquar, John Chennell, Don Roper, Arthur Shaw, Doug Lishman, Archie Macauley, Alf Fields, Billy Milne and Ian McPherson. The 1930's legends are Alex James, Alf Kirchen, Bernard Joy, George Male, Jack Crayston and Ted Drake. Generally good

FULHAM V ARSENAL 1944 Single sheet programme for the FL South match at Fulham 14/10/1944. Stan Mortensen of Blackpool and Billy Wrigglesworth of Manchester United guested for Arsenal. Fulham had 8 guest players including Harry Potts of Burnley and Ralph Cowan of Glasgow Rangers. Slightly creased and team changes. Generally good
ARSENAL Special presentation book issued with the compliments of the Directors to players and V.I.P.'s to celebrate winning the 1950 FA Cup. The book has red faux leather covers and is embossed on the front with the Arsenal crest and lines on the spine. The book is a series of 51 professionally taken black & white photographs with notations, all mounted on card. The photos start with an aerial view of Highbury in 1941. The next 8 pages are views inside of the stadium. A 1947/8 team group. 3 photos of action at Highbury. 12 photos of the 1950 Final v Liverpool, including entering the field of play, action and Joe Mercer beings presented with the Cup and being lifted on the lap of honour. A 1950 team group. The remained are photos of offices, training ground and medical room, crowd scenes and Highbury in 1942 after being bombed in WWII. Some of the early pages have slight ageing marks. Good
