LEEDS CITY AFC 1916 - HERBERT CHAPMAN Letter on Leeds City official notepaper dated January 18th 1916 and signed by Herbert Chapman who was Secretary of the Club at the time before moving on to Huddersfield and Arsenal. Leeds City were expelled from the Football League in 1919-1920 due to financial irregularities and their fixtures were taken over by Port Vale. Leeds United were then formed and joined the League in 1920-21. This is a scarce item in generally good condition. Generally good

WEST HAM Two letters on West Ham letter headings, both signed by Secretary Eddie Chapman and both complaining about referees. One is dated 16/10/1962 and complains about the refereeing of the Arsenal v West Ham game when , it seems, Arsenal players were guilty of ungentlemany conduct, (no, how can that be I hear you say !!!), the other dated 16/10/1968 covers the game at Leeds a few days earlier when the referee once again failed to meet the standards required by West Ham. Good
ARSENAL - HENRY SHIRT Arsenal short sleeved home shirt season 2004-2005 with Premier League flashings, "Henry 14" on the reverse. Match issue but not known which game it was worn in. Arsenal badge in the centre on the front above the O2 insignia. Red shirt, predominantly white shoulders and sleeves. Slight marks. Good
ARSENAL - 2005 CUP FINAL SHIRT Arsenal Cup Final shirt , 21/5/2005, v Manchester United at Cardiff. Number 3 match issue shirt, with 3 Cole on the reverse . FA Cup flashings, red short sleeve shirt with white shoulders and sleeves. Left breast has "The FA Cup Final Millennium Stadium 21.05.2005 " embroidered upon it. Arsenal won the Cup on penalties after a 0-0 draw and Ashley Cole was number 3 for Arsenal. Not known if this shirt was actually worn or whether it was the spare. Good
