Workshop of Robert Thompson of Kilburn, Mouseman oak display dresser, central bookcase with three adjustable oak shelves flanked by a pair of glazed display cupboards each with three fixed glass shelves to either side. Dresser base has adzed surface with four drawers, one for cutlery, over a pair of double panelled English oak cupboards with a single fixed shelf in both. 183cm (72in) wide, 46cm (18in) deep, 190cm (75in) high.Condition report: The dresser is in good overall condition. There are a couple of areas of sun bleaching where the adjustable central drawers used to sit. All glass panels are intact, original hinges and handles, all 6 glass shelves included, drawers run smoothly. The adzed surface is in good condition with minor signs of wear (small scratches and grazes) no stains or ring marks. The dresser splits in half for transport and all shelves (wooden & glass) can be removed. Top section measures 180cm wide, 25cm deep, 99cm high.
A heavy oak dining table circa 1970s and in original untouched condition by Derek Slater (lizardman) of Crayke, the table having adzed top firmly in the Yorkshire furniture school Robert Mouseman Thompson tradition and together with a set of six (4+2) matching dining chairs with typical latticework backs and octagonal tapering legs, each with carved lizard signature, the lower table stretcher unusually carved with two opposing lizards, one each end (the table top 182cm x 88cm)
Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson; a small circular bowl with the typical carved mouse, diameter 15cm. CONDITION REPORT The top and outer edges of the bowl are slightly stained darker, with a more notable dark stain to the interior of the bowl. A further dark stain at the centre of the bottom of the bowl. Overall good condition.

Provenance: vendor purchased 45+ years ago direct from the Kilburn workshopCondition Report: Minor water marks to base and minor knocks to base and legs. Drip mark to back of seat and to back of leather by studs. Wear around studs to leather and wear to studs. Minor cracks and discolouration to leather and minor drip/water marks to front and front supports. Minor drip marks to backrest.The small marks just above the mouse are not wormholes. They are just a few spots of staining.
