A set of four Robert Thompson 'Mouseman' oak armchairs With carved latticework splats plain arms and brass studded tan leather seats, on octagonal legs, one leg of each chair carved with a mouse W.52cm D.52cm H.90cm**CONDITION REPORT**All four frames in good solid condition, light golden tan colour which has faded particularly on the backs of three of the chairs, further fading around the underframes, two of the leather seats have the same colour one is very faded the other one showing patching.PLEASE NOTE:- Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested BEFORE the auction takes place. Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson of Kilburn - a pair of carved light oak book-ends, each with typical adzed surface, each with central carved signature mouse, 15 x 9.3 x 9.3cmThe mice are reasonably well matched but not identical. One is slightly larger than the other. Colour and age of timber very well matched.
