A Pair of Robert ``Mouseman`` Thompson Oak Bookends, carved as monks reading, leant against a wall, one with recessed carved mouse signature, 20cm 1. Bookend with the mouse has cracks in the grain on the base, chips to the top of book and habit hood. Dirty. 2. Bookend unmarked has chips to the rim of the habit hood. There is a knock to one corner.

A Robert ``Mouseman`` Thompson Oak Apprentice Piece, circa 1955, carved with a mouse on a tooled base, by Dennis Hawkins, 8cm; and A Boroughbridge Carved Oak Crocodile, circa 1970`s, by Dennis Hawkins, unmarked, 69cm long (2) Dennis Hawkins served his five year apprenticeship at Kilbum from 1955. He left in the early 1960`s and went to do joinery at York University. He carved the crocodile whilst working alongside Don Craven Fox furniture at Boroughbridge. Mouse is in good order. Crocodile has repaired back legs and tip of tail. 15072013
