A Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson oak sideboard,1930s, with a raised back rail, over five central drawers with hoop handles, flanked by panelled cupboards with latches, each enclosing two shelves, with canted corners, signed with the mouse signature on the left edge, the sides panelled,160cm wide46cm deep93.5cm highCondition report: Stains to the top of the sideboard. Cigarette scars to the top rail on the right. Dark Finish. Water and splash stains to the front. Round head screws with square sockets.There are areas of water staining and bleaching from the sun, this is what gives it an uneven appearance.

H.2ft 4.5in.CONDITION: Overall of an even light golden to ginger tone with some light surface wear to the top, the top planks have seperated and it will need re-cleating, underframe is rather dirty and dusty but essentially good condition and will restored to good effect.

The bowl has been used, has signs of staining near the mouses tail and to one sidee of the bowl. The varnish to the bowl has worn off. To the base there is a patch of water damage. No apparent chips, racks or splits
