He continued to work at the workshops at Kilburn until his retirement in 1994, however, he also set up his own workshop at his home in Osgodby where he produced fine carvings under his signature, at first a rabbit, changing in the late 1960s to a woodpecker, as in the current example.

(3). *CR Cheese board, a few stains to the surface, a little loss of colour Dishes, one with small chip to the edge and small nibble to ear, some black staining around the base, both with a little loss of colour over time.
