A Royal Copenhagen figure of a blue parrot on a pedestal, inscribed to base "B & G Copenhagen porcelain 2235" and initialled "K R" CONDITION REPORTS General wear, small glazing chips and fairly deep scratches (or possibly a shallow hairline crack) to chest and wing - but otherwise appears sound.

Eau-forte, épreuve de l’état définitif, coupée au cuivre sur trois côtés, rognée au sujet sur le bord droit, légèrement tardive. Ens. de 2 planches.

Très grande eau-forte, légèrement jaunie, pliure verticale médiane, petites traces de plis et rousseurs, pliure horizontale, infimes accidents dans les petites marges. On joint : - JÉSUS - CHRIST LIVRE A SES ENNEMIS par Robert Picou d’après Bassano. 427 x 295. (R.D. 7, IIIe et/V) coupée au sujet, amincissures, petit manque dans le bas avec 4 planches de l’école Flamande (d’après Jordaens, Sadeler, Van Dyck, de Bry, un peu jaunies, coupées. Ens. de 6 planches.
CARL GUTTENBERG THE TEA-TAX TEMPEST or THE ANGLO AMERICAN REVOLUTION. (R. Portalis et H. Beraldi T II, p. 363 ; British Museum, Catalogues of Political and Personal Satire TV, 1935) 360 x 440. Eau-forte et burin. Très belle épreuve avec le titre et les armes, avant la lettre complète, coupée avant la marque du cuivre, éraflure dans la lettre. Provenance: Cette planche est l’adaptation en contrepartie de « l’Oracle » par J. Dixon. Le temps avec une lanterne magique projette sur un rideau une représentation allégorique de la Révolution aux États Unis. Quatre personnages féminins symbolisent quatre parties du monde. Au centre une théière au-dessus d’un feu, un coq emblème de la France le maintient avec un soufflet ; cette épreuve avec le coq est rare car il a dû être supprimé par la suite. Le contenu de la théière explise, un serpent et le bonnet de la liberté sont projetés dans les airs avec des rayons de lumière et nuages de fumée au dessus. Cela faisant rapport à la taxe sur le thé. À droite des soldats américains avancent avec un drapeau sur lequel se trouve un serpent devant eux une figure allégorique de l’Amérique. À gauche des bêtes sauvages combattent.
