A Good 19th Century Oak Livery Cupboard in the 17th Century Style. The top frieze having carved edge moulding and a band of chevron inlay resting on bulbous cup & cover posts enriched with foliate carving and overhanging a cupboard with panelled front door and canted sides decorated with further inlay. The lower section having a moulded top above a deep frieze drawer carved with four figure-of-eight guilloche knots encircling carved flower-heads framed by inlay, on foliate carved front posts and a triple panel back leading down to a pot shelf and base rail on arabesque strap-work with squat bun feet, 47 ins (120 cms) wide, 22 ins (56 cms) deep and 62½ ins (159 cms) high.
A Shelley pottery brown banded preserve pot and cover, a similar bud vase and two cake plates; a Late Foley novelty top hat painted with a moonlit scene; a Royal Doulton "Sampler" pattern jardiniere printed in a green and black palette, 16cm high, and an Adams Calyx ware punch bowl painted and gilded with flower sprays, 27cm diameter.(7).

A George III four piece tea service by Patrick Robertson, Edinburgh 1771-1772, comprising, a simple straight sided barrel form tea pot with plain body, the rim engraved with four trailing foliate and flower head designs, the pull off cover with simple border and raised finial, C scroll handle with shaped thumbpiece and ivory insulators; a circular teapot stand with raised everted rim, the rim with matching trailing foliate and flower head designs; a slop bowl with deep circular bowl, the everted rim with matching foliate and flower head designs, on simple stem and circular foot; a cream boat of oval outline, with baluster body and everted rim, the rim decorated with matching foliate and flower head designs, on simple foot rim, the S scroll handle with acanthus thumbpiece (4) teapot 12cm high, 22.5oz; stand 15cm diameter, 6.5oz; slop bowl 8.5cm high, 6oz; cream boat 20cm wide, 5.5oz Note: All pieces engraved with a crest of an eight pointed star with the motto of 'CAVE ADSUM' for JARDINE of Applegirth, Dumfriesshire, created baronets in 1672. The survival rate for early (i.e. pre 1775) Scottish tea services is low and so far examples of four piece sets, only four have been recorded. The survival greatly increases from circa 1780 onwards. This previously unrecorded example is a very scarce survival and a rare occurrence in the market place.

An Imposing 17th Century Carved Oak Buffet on bulbous cup & cover legs. The upper frieze ornamented with a row of S-scroll crosses and leafy quatrefoils above a central door flanked by arcaded side panels. The door panel having an applied carving of woman within a gadrooned frame. The side panels centred by relief carved head & shoulders of men under boldly carved arches. The dividing pilasters adorned with demi-lune flower heads above pendant leaves and small square panels of strapwork centred by wrythen whorls. The end panels gouged with guilloche knots and having scalloped bands enhanced with punchwork running down the stiles. The heavy bulbous front supports carved with acanthus to the cup turnings capped with gadrooned covers bearing square Ionic scroll capitals. The rear stiles embellished with strap work arabesques and leading down to a pot shelf below on carved & run-moulded rails. 57 ins (145 cms) High, 54 ins (137 cms) wide and 18 ins (46 cms) deep.
A Fine Mid 17th Century Carved Oak Buffet. The top having a moulded edge above a row of applied diagonally cut dentil blocks, a frieze fitted with two lunette carved drawers and supported on bulbous side posts; the cup & cover turnings enriched with flower heads and acanthus leaves. The cupboard door centred by a protuberant flower-head radiating petals in a gouge carved frame embellished with punchwork. The canted side panels carved with fanned blooms, daisy wheels and curved leaves defined against a recessed ground. The mid-way frieze having a long drawer with lunette carving reflecting the frieze above, and boldly carved base moulding raised on cup & cover front posts enriched with layers of imbricated leaves and acanthus leading down to a pot shelf below, 46 ins (117 cms) high, 49 ins (125 cms) wide and 18 ins (46 cms) deep.
A Meissen tea and coffee service, painted in blue enamel and gilt with flower sprays within checkered, scrolled borders, crossed swords marks with dots between the hilts. Some damages. c.1765. Comprising: a coffee pot and cover, a teapot and cover, a tea canister and cover, sugar bowl and cover, waste bowl, eighteen cups and saucers. (45)
A rare Tunstall period New Hall fluted coffee pot and cover, painted with flower sprays beneath a narrow geometric border, the cover with an applied floral finial, and an associated cup and saucer in the same pattern, unmarked.
