A Chinese white jade carving of water pot, in the shape of a blooming flower, finely carved scrolling branches and little flowers surrounded the main flower, all worked in high relief and openwork design to create the base and handle, the translucent stone bearing a pale white tone with brown and grey inclusions, Ming dynasty, 16th/17th century, 8cm long, some aged stone line appears on the bottom, otherwise in good condition.
A pair of Sèvres custard cups and covers 'Pot a jus': of bombe form with flower finials and scroll handles, painted with floral bouquets within blue line and gilt lentil bands, interlaced Ls mark and date letter M for 1765, painter's mark for an unidentified painter of flowers working 1757-68, 7.5 cm high. *Notes Cf. RIC 1055; C 56.Brownish patina, gently smoothed, about extremely fine.Restoration and cleaning report: During the analysis of this Sestertius, the microscopy observation has revealed the artificial deposition of acrylic varnish on the surface of the coin. Under stereoscopic magnification, was chemically and mechanically removed this layer, showing a brownish patina on both sides of the coin.

A small Rockingham pot pourri basket with arched naturalistic handle and pierced cover. Ground in Brunswick blue with applied flower moulding, trailing gilt tendrils and banding. Printed puce mark and Cl. 3 in red c1830, 8.5cm. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Chip to the cover. Hair crack to the rim. Minor losses to the applied work.
