A quantity of Worcester blue and white tea wares, comprising two sparrow beak milk jugs and cover and two bowls printed with the Fence pattern, a sparrow beak jug printed with the Mansfield pattern and a fluted saucer CONDITION REPORT: largest fence pattern jug with a hairline crack to top handle terminal and a small chip to side of spout. Smaller jug in good condition but the v-cover has a small chip. Mansfield jug has a crack from the rim curving down below spout which has been concealed with now off-coloured surface treatment. Worcester bowl has very small rim chips whilst Caughley bowl has a hairline crack and u-shaped crack in side. Saucer good.

CAUGHLEY PART TEA SET,circa 1800s, comprising teapot, two tea bowls, one saucer, cream jug and slop bowl, decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with chinoserie scenes, the teapot 13cm high, along with a Bristol chocolate cup and a teacup (8)The tea pot lid has a small chip to rim, see added images for all details. The other pieces appear to be all free of chips or cracks, only minor rubbing to gilt in places.

Rent-Rolls for the half year to Michaelmas Day 1842 and Lady Day 1845 of the Willey and Dothill Estate of John Weld-Forester, 2nd Baron Forester, two manuscript ledgers or registers, written in ink in a neat hand on ruled leaves (46 x 30cm) the tenants listed alphabetically under the parishes of Willey, Astley Abbotts & Morville, Barrow, Linley, Posenhall, Brosley, [Much] Wenlock, Dothill, Wellington, Arlestone, Little Wenlock, mines and minerals including brickworks, et al (the later including 'Onions and Rose of Caughley Colliery'), both signed at the end 'Forester' and also by the agent, card covers, sewn, with title label, soiled and stained, (2).
