A Victorian mahogany Scotch chest of drawers, the plain top with break front above a concealed ogee frieze drawer, three ogee bonnet drawers and three long cock-beaded drawers having turned wood handles, flanked by leaf-capped scroll supports, on a shaped plinth base, 124.5cm wide x 55cm deep x 126cm high.Condition report: Splits to top. Small veneer losses to top front edge. Veneer losses to frieze drawer and bonnet drawer bottom edges. Loss to cock beading on right edge of bottom drawer. Small veneer losses to plinth bottom edge. Overall some minor cosmetic marks consistent with age and use.
