EVERTON - WOLVES 49 Two Everton home programmes for the same game but with different dates, 4/5/49 (the date the game was actually played) and 27/4/49 (an incorrect date as Everton played at home to Manchester United on that date). Both are numbered No 46 and the wording inside is identical. The incorrect date was probably a printer error on the first batch of programmes. The second date issue is ex bound volume. EVERTON - SUNDERLAND 1892-93 Everton matchcard for home League game v Sunderland, 8/10/1892, the first Everton season at Goodison and only the fourth League game to be played there. Sunderland were the reigning Champions and they retained their title this season, Everton finishing third.. Matchcard has tape along spine and has some folds but it is complete.
