Jarvis to the Everton Football Club secretary Bill Dickinson, the first dated 5th November 1954 and suggesting a kick-off time for the two clubs forthcoming fixture; the second dated 7th September 1956 and confirming that the club is agreeable to the BBC to provide a radio commentary service for the Spurs v Everton match scheduled for Christmas morning

Pre War Metal Football Game: Named "penny on the ball"with a penny on a metal plaque. We are lead to believe that you paid a penny to enter and won the match ball if you won and the seller of the penny tickets had this item. We enclose a photocopy of a QPR programme from 31/32 that has reference to this. There are 2 Celtic, a West Brom, Everton and a Chelsea. Nice looking items that we have not seen before. (5)

C/W also from 1970 "The World Cup Scrapbook" which was a numbered daily column by writer Colin Malam which you had to cut out and collect for 42 consecutive days. Also contains 3 Esso posters from around the same time from Arsenal, Everton + England.

1907 England v Ireland VIP Football Programme: Stunning programme played at Everton on February 16th 1907. Green VIP cover is in excellent condition for its 110 years. Inside the 16 page programme it has remained excellent with no writing. Staples have been removed to protect they have not rotted away. Rare chance.
Everton 1930s Home Football Programmes: Everton + Liverpool produced joint programmes throughout this period. The original owner a Liverpool fan cut half a page across middle pages which used to be the Liverpool reserve team line ups. Everton 1st team programmes from the early to mid 1930s include matches v Leicester Portsmouth Tottenham Preston Blackburn + Huddersfield. Also includes 33/34 Liverpool v Leicester in similar condition. (10)

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR Twelve home programmes: 8 x 1950/1 Championship v. Liverpool, Sheff. Weds., Chelsea, Charlton, Derby, Stoke, Burnley and Sunderland with only Stoke in generally good condition. All of the others are sub-standard with faults. Plus Portsmouth 51/2, Racing Paris 53/4, Burnley 54/5 and Everton 58/9 in which Spurs won 10-4 (Bill Nicholson first game as manager) with minor paper loss on the right. Fair at best
