MANCHESTER UNITED Twelve photographs, various sizes , all cover Manchester United , two measure 10" x 8" in colour and show United and Busby at Old Trafford holding the Division 1 trophy aloft (probably 66/7), three in colour are from the 1963 Cup Final , one postcard size shows Busby leading United on to the Wembley pitch, one 10" x 8" shows United scoring and a third shows United with the Cup at Wembley. Four others show United in match action v Arsenal , 1/2/64, black and white and measure 8" x 5", two others show United in action v Sunderland 18/1/69at Old Trafford and both are black/white and measure 10" x 8". The last is a large photograph showing Law celebrating scoring v Everton at Old Trafford in August 63 and measures 14" x 10". Some have accreditation on reverse , others could be more modern reprints. Good
CUP FINAL ROSETTE 1894 Superb Cup Final rosette from 1894 when Notts County defeated Bolton Wanderers 4-1 at Goodison Park, Everton.. A newspaper article from 1959 in the Bolton Evening News states that the Bolton Wanderers Rosette , which shows 2 pigs trotters above a badge reading "Give Us Another Goal !!! " with Bolton Wanderers inscribed on the tails of the rosette, was worn at the 1894 Cup Final and also at the 1904 Cup Final in which Manchester City defeated Bolton. It made its third and final trip to a Cup Final in 1923 when Bolton defeated West Ham in the first Wembley Cup Final. The rosette, still in exceedingly good condition, was wrapped up carefully and put away in a box between outings to the Cup Finals. Good

Sixteen page programme, 6 x Belfast Celtic players in Ireland team plus Brolly (Linfield and Millwall), Stevenson (Everton) and Hayes (Huddersfield). The British Army team included Swift, Britton, Cullis, Mercer, Welsh, Hagan and Denis Compton plus Scots Carabine (Third Lanark), Beattie (Preston) and Tommy Walker (Hearts). Slight folds, slightly grubby . Generally good
WARTIME Programme, 54th Training Regiment v R.A.Depot Woolwich, no date given but likely to be 1944/45, almost certainly played in the North East as programme was printed in Barnard Castle. Players included Phillips (Hearts), Stamp (Derby), Steele (Stoke0 Wainwright (Everton), Shergold (Wolves) and four players from Bishop Auckland which might well have been the venue. Four page programme. Folds. Good
