Large lot of antique curtains. One pair lined red and gold stripe ground with floral overlay - 48"W x 58"D - fabric gone in several areas. Four heavy blanket lined embossed panels, deep red ground with raised floral motifs - 32"W x 94"D each panel - wear and tear at edges of all. A very large emerald green velvet lined curtain general condition good though with a mouse nibble at top of panel - 68"W x 78"D. Four pieces Deco design fabric with pelmet. (Qty)
A large lot of antique chintz curtains in fair condition for their age originally from Parnham House. There are some numerals and letters on the selvedges of the fabric which could indicate specific date of manufacture and are as follows: A.2739.17.89.C.L.N. GLAZE.Q17A 3867 C L N S GLAZE S6Q XP.O.The curtain sizes are as follows:3 @ 4ft wide, 1 @ 5ft wide, 1 @ 5ft6" wide, 1 @ 8ft wide, 2 @ 10ft wide - the curtains are all 8ft10" drop.The curtains are in various states of condition, most do not have good outer linings (they are blanket lined which is fair) and all but two have their brass rings.There are also three sections of scalloped pelmets which repeats every 16". Measurements are as follows:1 @ 8ft wide with 5.5 scallops, 1 @ 4ft wide with 4.5 scallops, 1 @ 15ft6" with 11 scallops. (11)

Three various linen lined curtains and two matching tie backs in "Folk Leaves" by John Lewis Studio, together with two pairs of cotton lined curtains, the white ground decorated with red flowers CONDITION REPORTS The three curtains are all the same length, the length of the odd curtain which is the widest is 260cm approx. Length on all curtains 7'6''. Width of two of them 6'6''.
