A PAIR OF EARLY 19TH CENTURY DUESBURY DERBY TWO-HANDLED CUPS RAISED ON CLAW AND BALL FEET Royal Blue ground and richly embellished in raised gilding with scrolling leaf sprays enclosing painted panels of summer flowers on mossy grounds - painted marks and No. 1128cm highOne vase has three hairline cracks, two from the rim, one being 5cm and the other 2cm, the other crack is visible on the inside only and is 3cm long not from the rim. The other vase has two hairline cracks from the rim, one being 3cm, the other 2.5cm. there is also a very fine star crack to the base and one of the claw feet has been reglued back on. Neither pieces have any restoration and the gilding and painted panels are in good order.
