An Art Deco Burleigh 'Belvedere' four-place coffee service to include four cups, four saucers, coffee pot, milk jug and sugar bowl, an Art Deco blue and grey stand with four egg cups, a squat baluster retro vase, an octagonal amber bowl in the Art Deco style with etched decoration of kingfisher, trees and fish, diameter 24cm and a large shallow opaque dark green bowl in the Art Nouveau style with metal and glass decoration, diameter 36cm (5).

Fleet Air Arm C-Type Flying Helmet & Mk VIII Goggles Worn by Lieutenant Commander C A A Rayner, brown leather C-Type flying helmet with the naval issue zipped ear cups. Fitted with the original rubber ear phones and Gosport tube fitting. Original leather google straps and leather chinstrap still present. Interior shows service wear and has some stitching faults / damage. Accompanied by his original Mk VIII flying goggles with one lens being cracked. This headdress was not only worn by Lieutenant Commander C A A Rayner during WW2 but also by his son when he was training to become a pilot. Claude Rayner served on various Fleet Air Arm aircraft carriers in the Far East during WW2. These included HMS Indomitable, Unicorn and Venerable. After his training he was qualified as a pilot and sent out to the Far East as part of the British Pacific Fleet flying photographic reconnaissance and Anti-Submarine patrols on various aircraft.
A FINE ASSEMBLAGE OF MATCHING EARLY TO MID 19th CENTURY ORIENTAL FAMILLE ROSE DINNERWARE, fifty five pieces including lids etc. Every piece is vibrantly and profusely decorated with mythical and other figures, warriors, musicians, tigers, flowers, scrolls, ornaments and gifts etc with the tureens having interior decoration. Comprising 3 near square lidded Tureens and 1 unlidded, 2 small oval lidded Tureens, 1 with base dish, a fine large oval lidded Food Warmer, 36 cms with profuse interior decoration, 8 circular shallow Dishes, 25 cms (rim chips to all), 12 circular Plates, 25 cms (rim chips to 6), 3 shallow oval Dishes, 27 cms, 2 large oval Platters, 36 x 29 cms, 3 medium oval Platters, 32.5 x 25 cms and 2 small oval lidded Platters 29 x 22 cms (base of one damaged and stapled). 2 oblong Platters, 28 cms (one damaged), also 4 tea-sized cups (one damaged) and 2 coffee cups (one damaged) and a circular pedestal bowl, 19 cms diameter. Condition where stated above - no other major cracks or repairs but areas of wear to majority of gilded rims. (Provenance: consigned locally by the Descendants of William Sprott Boyd, 1808-1857 whose family successors were one time occupiers of Argyle Hall, Torquay and of property in Fontanivent, Switzerland. A major three day auction was held at Argyle Hall in 1909
