A Continental porcelain cabaret set, 19th century, comprising; a shaped oval tray, a coffee pot and cover, and a cream jug, on Meissen blanks with a cancelled blue crossed sword mark to the base, the remainder of the set being a matched (i.e. non-Meissen) sugar bowl and cover, two cups, saucers and covers, and two spoons, all painted with Classical figural scenes on a yellow ground with gilt highlights, the coffee pot with rose finial, 21 cm high.Good overall condition, with a loss to the bottom of the cream jug handle, no further chips or cracks. Some dirt in confirmed areas (i.e. finials), as shown, and enamel loss to the underside of the spoon bowls.
