ROLLING STONES THE: English Rock Band. An excellent Taschen multiple signed book, being the The Rolling Stones limited edition produced by Taschen in collaboration with the band, SUMO-sized book 21.5 x 21.5 (54cm x 54cm), edited in 2014, containing over 500 pages of photographs and illustrations, charting the Stone´s remarkable history and outrageously cool lifestyle. Individually and boldly signed to the presentation inside page by Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood & Charlie Watts. This well-known edition contains incredible images, many previously unseen, illustrations, and a foreword written by President Bill Clinton. The present copy is numbered 1387, out of 1150 copies, limited collector´s edition (nº 451 to 1.600), each numbered and signed by the band members. Unprecedented access to the Rolling Stones´ own archives in New York and London adds an equally extraordinary more private side to their story. Some of the amazing images are from some of the world´s greatest photographers, including Peter Beard, Cecil Beaton, Annie Leibovitz, Helmut Newton, etc… The present copy is still in its original box, with original stickers, book box, dustjacket, and has been kept so, unpacked, since it was edited and purchased. A large signed 11 x 17 photograph of Jagger, the image showing the rock star wearing a white suit and smoking a cigarette, in a half length pose. Signed in bold black ink, with his name alone, to a partially clear area of the image. VG £120-200

Autograph Album featuring The Rolling Stones including Brian Jones. Also included are Gerry & the Pacemakers, Roy Orbison and others. The Vendor met the Rolling Stones and Roy Orbison back in the 60s..Also in the album is a page of Autographs of The Beatles, however we believe these were signed by Mel Evans and not the Beatles themselves. However the vendor was told that this was obtained by someone her father knew who was working at Trentham Gardens in 1963. There is a picture of the vendor in an original news article where they are pictured in the front row of the crowd. Also included in the lot are concert programmes relating to the above. Plus Beatles Fan Club material and magazines. This would be a great addition to any collection and in excellent condition.
