Patterson, Cincinnati, small 12 mo in blue paper covered boards, later leather spine and cloth ribbon stitched binding, 155 pages, losses to end papers and cover boards, uneven toning throughout. Together with a watercolor portrait of a Native American, circa 1900 by an anonymous artist, 7 inches x 9.5 inches (17.7 x 24 cm) contained in a period frame, 10.75 inches x 13.5 inches (27 x 34 cm) overall.

A Piedmontese, giltwood mirror, 18th century. With an elaborate gilt gesso crest formed of a burning torch, clutch of cupids arrows a phoenix, and swags. The sides each with a flowering urns carved leaf gilt gesso mounts. Fitted to the centre with an two-piece arch top mirror plate, with further mirrored plates to the frame all round. The apron with a central gilt gesso portrait roundel and further lotus leaf swags. 217cm high x 102cm wide .(losses a/f)
