A series of panels of leaded stained glass by Sheila Willford, designs to include four oval portrait panels of 'Ye Olden Centurie' figures, (parcel) Note: Sheila Willford was just 16 in 1944 when she started to learn glass painting from her dad Thomas Francis Willford, a Fellow of the Society of Master Glass Painters.  Some 15 examples of glass artwork created by Thomas and his daughter .  Some of the glass artwork in the sale depicts 1950s postcard characters such as a parson, judge and landlord. John Law was an English mathematician and clergyman who began his career as a Fellow of Christ's College, Cambridge, and went on to become chaplain to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland and Church of Ireland bishop of Clonfert and Kilmacduagh (1782?1787), Killala and Achonry (1787?1795), and finally of Elphin (1795?1810).

MAREVNA (1892-1984) 'Angus McBean' cubist half-length portrait, the sitter depicted seated in a chair wearing a patterned jacket, signed and dated 1953, watercolour, 30.5" x 22" Angus McBean was a well-known photographer who pioneered double exposure photography. McBean visited Athelhampton and used Marevna's daughter, Marika, as his muse. At one point he had a dark room at the top of the north wing.
