A Royal Green Jackets Officer's black leather belt with large silver badge of the King's Royal Rifle Corps and silver whistle on a plated chain with lions head roundel pierced with motto 'Celer Et Audox' (Swift and Bold), together with a cartridge pouch applied with silver strung bugle, hallmarks for Jennens & Co Birmingham 1893, together with various uniforms including 1949 pattern Battle blouse with King's Royal Rifle Corps Bakelite buttons by J.J. Mendes Ltd, another Battle blouse 1942? Pattern with Queen's Westminster cloth insignia, Lieutenant's pips and 56th (London) Infantry Division cloth badges by Master Craft Uniform Co, various shirts, trousers, civilian wear etc, contained in two large trunks, the metal trunk inscribed 'Capt De Salis K.R.R.C.' Probably a combination of two family members uniform but primarily belonging to Lieutenant-Colonel Sydney Charles Fane De Salis, D.S.O., King's Royal Rifle Corps, born in 1898, various WWI commissions served on the Western Front and Russia, wounded twice, post war service with King's African Rifles , awarded the DSO (L.G. 8.7.1941) and twice mentioned in despatches. A WWII A2 brown leather jacket, with tailor's label for 'Type A-2 Drawing No. 30-1415 Order No. W535 AC 16159 Rough Wear Clothing Co Middletown, P.A.', YKK zipper, shoulder cords, knitted cuffs and waistband, two flap-over pockets, breast painted with initials J.J. and winged 8 (8th Air Force B17), reverse with nose art 'Big Poison' with bomber and 30 red bombs with swastika beneath (indicating 30 missions) together with an officers battle blouse with cloth insignia and medal ribands Formerly part of John Conway collection (an author and authority on American Flight Jackets). WW2 18th Infantry Division Royal Signals Battle Dress Blouse, being a good used example with embroidered Royal Signals shoulder titles with printed 18th Infantry Division formation signs underneath and embroidered Royal Signals arm of service strips. Blue backed rank pips to the shoulders. Remains of the ink manufactures stamp to the inside. Two period repairs but otherwise a good example.

Embroidered other ranks breast eagle, five piece medal ribbon bar, cloth glider two gul badge, flight section collar tabs with three metal guls, cloth Luftwaffe issue Deutsche Cross in gold, Luftwaffe marksman lanyard, cloth rank chevron to the arm and Luftwaffe issue Krim campaign shield above. Original but poor quality other ranks yellow piped shoulder boards. Interior lining with ink issue stamping. Tunic shows very light service wear.

This 43 pattern feldbluse has been period converted with false pleats added to the patch pockets to give the appearance of the smarter M40 feldbluse. Pure SS pattern blouse with two hole belt ramp supports. Has Russian capture ink stamps markings to lining. Complete with white piped shoulder straps and an original silver Infantry Assualt badge.

Complete with BD trousers which have had map and dressing pockets removed, WD N marked. Officers Service dress cap with officers bronze RA cap badge (no chinstrap) 1937 pattern belt, pair of identity disks, and Sam Brown belt (missing crossstrap).
A 1960s/70s Bus Stop brown crepe maxi dress. The dress is long sleeved and buttons down the front to fasten. The bodice has a yolk feature with the fabric slightly gathered beneath. Labelled size 10 though more like a small 8. A further 80s Nina Ricci two piece - skirt and blouse. The blouse is brown silk with a silk polka dot collar and trimming around the sleeves. Fastens with short zip at back. The straight fitted skirt is matching polka dot with a small split to the back. One of the cuff ends on the right sleeve needs attention. (3)

[sight]signed and dated lower right LOT NOTESVsevolod Sakhnovsky actively participated in Blue Blouse. He designed sets and costumes for theaters. In addition, he made a substantial contribution in graphic design to this movement by creating playbills for the Blue Blouse as well as a multitude of illustrations for the Blue Blouse magazines. Sakhnovsky also participated in designing posters for Blue Blouse performances. When the Blue Blouse publications were discontinued, they were replaced by a similar serial called Small Forms. Sakhnovsky was closely associated with this publication. Besides his work in theaters, Sakhnovsky successfully worked in such genres as Circus, Music Hall, and poster design.THIS LOT IS BEING SOLD WITHOUT RESERVE.
