Amethyst & silver pendant & necklace set RRP £185This is the second in a series of three sales which collectively comprise the total assets from a jewellery retailer as a result of insolvency. This particular sale primarily comprises wedding & engagement rings (including mens), earrings, necklaces, bracelets & pendants. Where we quote an RRP in the lot description, we are quoting a price found on a sticker attached to the item unless we state otherwise. Where we make reference to an item being gold, platinum, diamonds, etc., that means there is a sticker on the item in question stating same. If we use the expression "Believed to be diamond, gold, etc. ...", that means there is no such label. Many of the items have hallmarks but some do not. There is no comeback whatsoever for purchasers in the instance of misdescription, however major.Where we believe an item to be second user/vintage, for instance if taken in part exchange, we have stated same in the lot description however some items that are second user may not be marked as such. All items known to be samples are being sold as such, however it is possible that we have missed some samples and as with all lots, buyers should inspect to their satisfaction prior to bidding. The vast majority of the jewellery either does not include a box or includes a Wave jewellery box. Some boxes have been used to assist with photography but If a box is not specifically referenced in the lot description, assume no box is included.
