Ronald Stennett Wilson for Kings Lynn (Wedgwood) Glass, a single RSW13 'Sheringham' candleholder, this version with 6 discs, in Amethyst 24.5 cm. N.B. Sticks of this size (along with 4 and 8 disc versions) were only made as friggers or trial pieces, and are very scarce. Ref:- '20th Century British Glass' (Hajdamach) p329Virtually no signs of wear, even to base. One or two wax deposits in discs but generally in excellent condition.
Ronald Stennett Wilson for Kings Lynn (Wedgwood) Glass, a group of pan top 'Cromer' candlesticks consisting of one each in Amethyst (boxed), Dark Blue, Topaz and Green, all 14.5 cm, with two 21 cm examples in Dark Blue and Green (7) N.B. It should be noted that, with reference to Susan Tobin's book, Wedgwood Glass (p34) Green was not a production colour used for the 'Cromer' range. The two green examples listed above could, therefore be either colour trials or friggers, and therefore possibly very rare.
