Four Royal Crown Derby paperweights, Diamond Jubilee Corgi, llama, ladybird and dragon. CONDITION REPORT: The Corgi has a gold octagonal stopper. The other three paperweights have no stoppers. They are all in good order with no damage, no repairs and no restoration. The gilding is generally very good with no significant rubbing.
A collection of 19th and 20th century cabinet cups and saucers, including Royal Crown Derby, Royal Worcester, Aynsley, Buckingham Palace, Royal Albert, Worcester, George Jones, Hammersley, etc. (19 including three trios). CONDITION REPORT: None of these items are boxed and none have certificates. The Royal Albert Heirloom pattern trio is probably a second. The Victorian Worcester saucer has an old hairline crack to the base. The Royal Crown Derby Pinxton Rose plate is second quality as is the Royal Crown Derby green Derby panel saucer. All other pieces would appear to be first quality. No items have any damage, repair or restoration other than the hairline crack already mentioned in respect of the Victorian Worcester saucer.
Six Royal Crown Derby bird paperweights, kingfisher, bee-eater, etc. CONDITION REPORT: The Kingfisher has a gold stopper and has no damage, repairs or restoration. The collectors gold crested tit has had a repair to the beak which has been overpainted. There is no stopper. The remaining four birds all are without stoppers. None have any damage, repairs or restoration other than very minor rubbing to the gilding on the edge of the beaks to the bee-eater and black cap warbler.
A Royal Crown Derby lidded urn, in Imari colours. Height 13 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The gilding to the top knop of the lid has been rubbed. The lid itself has been broken in half and reglued. The top lip to the vase has had professional restoration around the egg and dart moulding. There is rubbing to the gilding on both handles and slightly around the foot rim. Other than this the main body of the vase is crisp and bright.
A Royal Crown Derby ovoid apple green ground ewer, No. 7408/1493, painted with flowers in a gilt cartouche, height 22.5cm, together with a Royal Crown Derby, twin handled, apple green ground cup (repaired). Condition Report: Ewer in good condition with very minor wear to gilding. Cup has been repaired, the bowl of cup has been re-stuck to pedestal. A couple of minor chips to rim of cup and a hairline crack. Some wear to gilding.
