Grant Cormack, first published by Harrap 1954; together with another Harrap frontispiece "Absently I crowned the calf with the daisy chain", pen and ink with watercolour wash on card, 16 x 11.5cms, 20 x 16cms, unframed. Two Dinky Toys Vauxhall Cresta Saloon cars (164), the first example with cream upper body and maroon lower, with cream wheels and black rubber tyres. Boxed, with correct colours spot, minor wear. Vehicle very good, together with another example with grey upper body and green lower, with grey wheels and black tyres. Boxed with correct colours spot, some wear and pen/pencil price, vehicle good with minor wear. (2)

GPO interest - an Edwardian ivory quill pen cutter,with plated metal fittings inscribed 'W. Webb G.P.O. Carlisle', a retractable knife blade to side (most of blade lacking), 9.3cm. long. Condition: Knife blade very rusty and most is missing. Two rust stained hairlines to one side of the ivory. Cutter has some surface rust but is complete. Maker's mark rubbed but partially legible.
