GPO interest - an Edwardian ivory quill pen cutter,with plated metal fittings inscribed 'W. Webb G.P.O. Carlisle', a retractable knife blade to side (most of blade lacking), 9.3cm. long. Condition: Knife blade very rusty and most is missing. Two rust stained hairlines to one side of the ivory. Cutter has some surface rust but is complete. Maker's mark rubbed but partially legible.
