The games compendium comprises Chess, Draughts, Dominoes, Cribbage, Bezique, Lexican, Dice and Playing Cards, it includes a silver pencil holder (with pencil) and 20 gaming counters in treen box all marked "In Memory of the Good Old Days 1788" and miniature dice in treen box, key present, 33.5cm x 35.5cm x 27.5cm

Late Victorian oak three section tantalus and games compendium comprising three cut glass square section decanters and stoppers with liqueur glasses, cribbage board with pullout drawer revealing later playing cards and dice and having mirrored back with silver plated carrying handles and foliate mounts. 33x30x37cm approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) One stopper is chipped. Nibbles in places to the decanters. General wear with use, but overall ok for age.
