Außerdem werden u. a. Dame, Trictrac, Billard, Whist und Cribbage beschrieben. Zustand: Name auf Innendeckel. Innen wenig gebräunt, vereinzelt fleckig und mit wenigen Stempeln. Vorsätze mit Leimschatten.

An unusual early Tunbridge ware painted white wood cribbage board of triangular form, centred by a circular colour print of Brighton Pavilion within flowering leaf sprays and trellis form border, mounted on a card box base with circular printed label 'A Trifle From Brighton', sliding lid, each triangle side 20cms, 5.5cms high.
Tunbridge ware - six pieces, comprising a floral mosaic cribbage board, 23cms, a yew wood rectangular box, the hinged lid with a border of stick ware, complete with key, 15.5cms, two brushes, one in cube work, one in mosaic, 11.5 and 12.2cms, and two mosaic decorated paper knives, 24.5 and 19.5cms. (6)
A 19th century Tunbridge ware cribbage board, with two interior compartments, together with a Tunbridge ware box with photograph of church to lid and a small box with hinged lid. Largest length 27 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The cribbage board is in generally good order. The top does not appear to have any losses and there are no significant with the top. The interior is a little rubbed and scuffed in places but again in generally good condition. The box itself is in good order with only minor scuffs to the outer base covering. The accompanying box has foxing and water damage to the centre photograph. There is a hint of a small repair to the rear left-hand corner of the box. The hinges are original, the lock is present. We do not have a key. The interior lining is in generally good order. The base covering is a little scuffed and marked and has some losses.
TANTALUS. An oak tantalus carved with ears of barley. Fitted with three hobnail cut bottles & to the base, a drawer containing a cribbage board & comparments for playing cards (now missing). A 19th century mahogany cribbage board. With an extendable arm and counting arm, with inlaid Tunbridge ware and original counters, L22cm x D6cm x H3cm Condition Report: Overall in good condition. Some signs of general wear consistent with age and usage but no significant damage. One foot has possibly been re-attached. Some small areas of loss to the tunbridge. Colours bright with no apparent staining.
