A carving set by J. G. Graves of Sheffield in original velvet lined box. Together with a canteen of cutlery and a box of silver-plated fish knives. Three cups and saucers by Hildich of Stoke on Trent and two volumes of Birds of Country by Frank Finn & E Kay Robinson. In good vintage / antique condition.
Silver hallmarked cutlery set to include six large forks (hallmarked Birmingham 1936, I S Greenburg), six small forms (Birmingham 1937), six large spoons (Birmingham 1937), six small spoons (Birmingham 1937), six teaspoons (Viner's Sheffield 1932), ten silver handled large knives (Sheffield 1975, William Bush & Son), and two small knives (Sheffield 1975, William Bush & Son). Largest measures 21cm tall.
A quantity of mixed silver plated wares to include; three cases for canteens of cutlery, one with Arthur price plated part set inside, another with part Christofle plated set and the other with removable tray full with various mixed plated flatwares including spoons, forks, knives of different sizes etc. Along with a small quantity of other plated wares including a candle holder, dishes, condiment set etc. Also included within the lot is a small quantity of silver to include; a Sterling silver swizzle stick, a Sheffield silver pair of sugar nips with claw detail, Viners of Sheffield silver teaspoon, a Birmingham silver knife, and a modern imported silver condiment spoon with twisted stem, hallmarked by Harrison Bros &Howson Ltd.
